摘 要: 为设计符合新法规要求的三点式中排座椅安全带,以某款汽车为对象,建立了白车身、座椅骨架及上、下人体模块的有限元模型。对座椅骨架进行了灵敏度分析和轻量化设计,对安全带固定点进行了强度分析。实验结果表明:安全带固定点强度满足法规要求。 To meet the regulatory requirements of three point seat belts, the research creates the finite element models of body in white, seat frame and the upper and lower body module.
