摘　　要： 节能管理是实现节能的重要途径之一。玉门油田通过实施一套完整的标准、规范,运用策划、实施、检查和改进循环管理模式,将能源评审、内部审核、管理评审、节能技改、能源管控、节能评估、节能考核等措施有机结合在一起,在组织内建立起一个完整有效的、形成文件的能源管理体系,促进了企业能源管理绩效的提升。实践证明,在企业建立与实施能源管理体系,能有效提升节能工作的整体效果和效率,增强全员节能意识,是企业加强能源科学化管理,降低生产成本实现节能目标的得力工具。 Managing energy saving is one of the important ways to save energy.Through the implementation of a complete set of standards,rules,using the planning,implementation,check and improving the management mode,Yumen oilfield integrates a series of strategies of energy audit,internal audit and management review,energy saving,energy control,evaluation and assessment of energy saving measures etc.to establish a complete and effective,documented energy management system within the organization,which promotes the improvement of enterprise energy management performance.Practice has proved that in the enterprise,the establishment and implementation of the energy management system can effectively improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the energy conservation and enhance energy saving consciousness,also is an effective tool to strengthen scientific management of energy in enterprise and reduce the production cost to achieve energy saving.
