摘　　要： 设计了一种射出型机械手控制系统。该系统采用C8051F020单片机作为控制器,扩展了输入输出接口、彩色液晶接口、键盘、FLASH存储器实时时钟等模块,并设计了SD卡接口,通过该接口可以实现系统软件自更新功能。给出了系统硬件的设计方法和软件实现过程。通过在G28射出型机械手上测试表明,该系统完全能够满足此类机械手的控制要求。 A design scheme for the control system of the injection molding manipulator is introduced.This system uses the C8051F020 SCM as a controller to extend the modules such as the input/output interface,the liquid crystal display interface,the keyboard,the FLASH memory,the real-time clock,etc.The SD interface is designed,and through the SD interface,the system software can be updated automatically.The design method of the system hardware and the implementation process of the software are presented.Through the test of the G28 injection molding manipulator, it shows that this system can fully meet the control requirements of such manipulators.
