不同干燥方式对佩兰药材挥发性成分的影响与评价

摘  要: 目的:为佩兰药材适宜干燥方法的确定提供依据。方法:以气质联用(GC-MS)技术考察了不同干燥方法对江苏、河南、安徽3个产地佩兰药材中5种挥发性成分的组成和含量变化,并分析了各干燥方法对佩兰化学成分变化的影响;利用单因素方差分析(One-way ANOVA)和TOPSIS综合分析法对数据进行分析。结果:热风干燥方法对1-甲基-3-甲氧基-4-异丙基苯、β-石竹烯、α-石竹烯成分的保留作用较好;温度对5种挥发性成分含量影响较大,成分保留作用呈现低温优于高温的趋势。TOPSIS数据评价结果显示,最适宜佩兰的产地干燥方式为热风40℃干燥。河南产佩兰的1-甲基-3-甲氧基-4-异丙基苯、麝香草酚、氧化石竹烯含量均高于安徽和江苏产区。结论:该研究为佩兰药材产地加工方式的确定提供了依据,也为河南作为佩兰适宜产区提供了有利的佐证。 Objective:To compare the effect of different drying methods on volatile components in Eupatoriumfortune aerial part,in order to get the best drying method. Methods:With the technique of GC-MS, five different drying methods were compared about the in- fluence on the composition and the contents of five kinds of volatile components in Eupatorium fortunei, which collected from three dif- ferent habitats( Jiangsu, Henan and Anhui). According to the results of One-way ANOVA and TOP'SIS, the appropriate way to process the aerial part Eupatoriumfortune was confirmed. Results:Heated-air drying worked well in maintaining the component called 1-methyl- 3-methoxy-4-isospropylbenzene. Temperature had relatively big impact on the contents of five kinds of volatile components, which showed a tendency that the low temperature worked better than the higher one in maintaining these components. The resuhs of TOPSIS assessment showed that the best region to grow this herb was Henan and the best drying method was heated-air drying at 40 ~C. Contents including 1-methyl-3-methoxy-4-isospropylbenzene,thymol, and earyophyllene oxide, were higher in samples coming from Henan than those from Anhui and Jiangsu. Conclusion:This research provides evidence to identify proper region to grow Eupatoriumforturtei and also the proper way to process.
