摘　　要： 文章基于怒江州"以电代柴"生态建设项目实际,采用问卷调查法和影子价格法对农户承受电价进行分析与比选,并提出相应对策建议,以期促进"以电代柴"生态建设项目顺利有效实施。 Based on the ecological construction project of ＂substitute electricity for firewood＂, the paper analyzed and compared the farmers＇ bear electricity price with questionnaire survey and the shadow price method, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, in order to promote the smooth and effec- tive implementation of the project.
