重质煤沥青制备中间相炭微球的研究

摘  要: 以溶剂萃取获得的富含原生喹啉不溶物(PQI)的重质煤沥青为原料,通过热聚法制备中间相炭微球(MCMB)。研究了聚合条件对MCMB的微观形态、收率及β树脂含量的影响规律。结果表明,包裹在MCMB表面的PQI微粒抑制了其长大,在420℃反应4~6 h制备出的MCMB球形度好、粒度小且均匀;MCMB收率随反应时间的延长、聚合温度的升高而增大,最高能达45%以上;其β树脂含量随反应时间的增加而显著减小,炭化后的MCMB表面由许多1μm左右的片状颗粒堆砌而成,仅含C、O两种元素。 A heavy coal-tar pitch with a high content of primary quinoline insolubles (PQI) obtained by solvent extraction was used as the raw material in this experiment to prepare mesocarbon microbeads (MCMB) by thermal polymerization. The effects of polymerization conditions on the microstmcture, yield and β resin content of MCMB were investigated in detail. The results showed that PQI particles coated on the surface of MCMB inhibited its growth. MCMB prepared at 420℃ for 4-6 h had a good spherical shape and a smaller and uniform particle size. The yield of MCMB increased with the increase of reaction time and polymerization temperature, and its maximum yield could reach above 45%. The β resin content of MCMB decreased significantly with extension of reaction time. The surface of the carbonized MCMB consisted of a lot of flaky particles with size of about 1 μm, which only contained two elements ofC and O.
