摘 要: 基于目前对脉冲合成技术的要求越来越高,论文提出一种矩形脉冲信号发生器的设计,对电路中的主要模块芯片AD9850进行性能分析,同时引入切比雪夫滤波电路,以此输出质量高、频率宽的矩形脉冲信号。经实验测量后,可输出标准波形的矩形脉冲,且误差在要求范围之内,设计可行。 Based on the pulse synthesis techniques having become increasingly demanding currently,this paper proposes a design of rectangular pulse signal generator,analyzes the performance of the main circuit module chip AD9850,at the same time, introduces Chebyshev filter circuit to output rectangular pulse signal with high quality and wide frequency. After the experimental measurements,it can output standard rectangular pulse signal,and the error is within the required range,the design is feasible.
