摘 要: 为探明文冠果在新疆的抗寒特性,以文冠果越冬枝条为试材,采用隶属函数法研究自然越冬期文冠果枝条的抗寒性。结果表明:自然越冬期文冠果枝条的相对电导率、丙二醛、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量均呈先升后降趋势,均在温度最低的2016年1月13日达最高,分别为41.27%、0.053μmol/g、139.24mg/g和59.48mg/g,分别是2015年12月7日第一次取样的2.5倍、1.7倍、4.8倍和2.6倍;脯氨酸的含量在2016年2月21日达最高,为55.18μg/g,是第一次取样的3.4倍。2016年1月13日的平均隶属值最低,为0.481 1,此时文冠果的抗寒性最弱。 In order to explore the cold resistance characteristics of X.sorbifolia in Xinjiang, taking the branches of X.sorbifolia as experiment materials, the authors employed the membership function method to study the cold resistance of the branches of X.sorbifolia during natural overwintering period.Results: Relative conductivity, contents of malonaldehyde, soluble sugar and soluble protein first increased and then decreased.The maximum content was 41.27%, 0.053 μmol/g, 139.24 mg/g and 59.48 mg/g in January 13, it was respectively 2.5 times, 1.7 times, 4.8 times and 2.6 times that of the first sampling time on December 7, 2015.The maximum content of proline was 55.18 μg/g in February 21, it was 3.4 times that of the first sampling time.The cold resistance of X.sorbifolia was the weakest on January 13, 2016 during natural overwintering period and the subordinate function minimum values was 0.481 1.
