摘 要: 为了探明三角枫不同变异株系的遗传差异,采用AFLP分子标记技术对三角枫3种不同变异株系进行基因组DNA差异性分析。结果表明:1)在3个测试样品的相似性中,红色系与原株系共有谱带率为0.856 4,黄色系与原株系的共有谱带率为0.708 5。2)对扩增的特异片段经测序与比对得出1个序列对于多聚半乳糖醛酸酶的活性具有调控作用。3个测试样品间的遗传基础均存在不同的差异性。 The DNA genome of three different mutant lines was analyzed by AFLP molecular marker technology to identify genetic difference among three different mutant lines in Acer buergerianum.Results: 1) The common band rate of red line and original line is 0.856 4 and the common band rate of yellow line and original line is 0.708 5.2) One sequence detected from sequencing and comparison of the amplified specific fragment has the regulating effect on polygalacturonase activity.There are different differences in genetic basis among three mutant lines of Acer buergerianum.
