摘　　要： 从1971年起,主要货币都不再与某种商品挂钩,人类历史上第一次完全进入不可兑换的管理货币时代。然而,在愈演愈烈的生态和金融双重危机下,世界性的社会经济发展方向和方式的根本转变正在发生,货币制度也在寻求新的变革。本文探讨了各种货币制度改革主张,厘清真正可持续的货币制度改革方向:给管理货币加上稳定锚,体现生态限度与社会包容发展的基本要求。 Since 1971,the main currencies have no longer linked with any commodity,for the first time,human history has entered into a new era of entirely non-convertible money. However,along with increasingly fierce ecological crisis and financial crisis,the fundamental change in the direction and pattern of the global social and economic development is taking place. And the monetary system is seeking the new innovation. This paper explores various proposals on the reform of monetary systems,clarifying the reform direction of the monetary system of real sustainability： stabilizing the managerial money with a stable anchor,which is designed to reflect the requests of the ecological limits and social inclusive development.
