摘　　要： 民营养老服务机构相对于公立养老机构具有资源利用率高、经营灵活、服务内容丰富等方面的优势,是未来积极应对人口老龄化的主力军。虽然我省在民营养老服务机构发展过程中取得了明显成效,但融资难融资贵、专业人才难招难留、养老用地缺乏统一规划、部分资质证件办理难、消费者支付能力不足等问题突出。为此,应从集大量资金、建人才队伍、破用地困境、简化程序、提高消费能力等五方面着手,加速提质湖南民营养老服务机构发展,提高老人养老的获得感。 With repect to the public nursing institutions for the aged, the pravite nursing institutions for the aged has some advantages in resourse utilization level, operation flexibility and richness of service contents and the main forces to deal with the problem of the aging of population. There,re still lots of problems though the pravite nuring institutions for the aged in our province have got obvious progress. We should get finance, train staff, plan land for the institution, promote consumption power so as to boost the development of the pravite nursing institutions for the aged in Hunan province.
