摘　　要： 文章在构建了耦合协调度评价指标体系的基础上,利用耦合协调模型对重点国有林区经济发展效率与生态建设水平之间的耦合协调关系进行分析。结果表明,2001~2015年期间,重点国有林区的生态建设水平综合评价指数基本呈上升趋势;同时,此期间重点国有林区的经济发展综合效率也呈逐年递增的趋势,并在2015年达到最优。研究中还选取了重点国有林区中的龙江森工集团、吉林森工集团和内蒙古森工集团进行了典型案例分析,结果表明,三大森工集团的生态建设水平综合评价指数及其经济发展综合效率与重点国有林区整体的发展态势一致,均呈现逐年上升的趋势。进一步的研究发现,2001~2015年期间,重点国有林区与三大森工集团的经济发展效率与生态建设水平之间的耦合度基本处于颉颃阶段(1),其耦合度及耦合协调度基本呈缓慢上升趋势,并且未来有向中高度协调耦合态势演进的趋势。 On the basis of the evaluation index system of coupling coordination degree, by using the coupling model to analyze the coupling efficiency of economic development efficiency and ecological construction level of key state-owned forest areas. The results showed that the comprehensive evaluation index of ecological construction level and comprehensive efficiency of economic development of key state-owned forest area and three major forestry groups were basically increasing during the period of 2001 to 2015. During this period, the coupling degree of the economic development efficiency and the ecological construction level of the key state-owned forest area and the three major forest engineering groups were basically in antagonistic stage, its coupling degree and coupling coordination degree were basically increasing and would develop into highly coordinated coupling degree.
