铝合金表面锆盐转化膜的成分与电化学性能研究

摘  要: 在室温条件下向锆盐作为主盐的溶液中加入添加剂,在铝合金表面制备了黄色的锆盐转化膜。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等分析了转化膜的表面形貌与成分;通过电化学工作站测试了转化膜的极化曲线、阻抗谱图,研究了转化膜的耐蚀性能;依据国标对转化膜的附着力进行了测试。结果表明,铝合金表面的锆盐转化膜由粒度比较均匀的球形小颗粒构成,表面均匀,转化膜的主要组成元素为Al、F、Zr、O、C等;其极化电阻较空白铝合金有较大幅度的提升,自腐蚀电流密度降低,铝合金的耐腐蚀性得到显著的提升,并且转化膜提高了漆膜与铝合金的附着力。 The yellow Zr salt conversion coating was prepared on the surface of aluminum alloy by adding additives into the solution with zirconium salt as main salt at room temperature. The surface morphology and composition of the conversion coating were studied by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectrometer(XPS). The corrosion resistances of the coatings were researched by testing the polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy of the conversion coating with electrochemical workstation. The adhesive force of the conversion coating was tested according to the national standard. The results show that Zr salt conversion coating on the surface of Al alloy is composed of small spherical particle with uniform particle size, and the surface is uniform. The main elements of the conversion coating are Al, F,Zr, O and C, etc. The polarization resistance of the conversion coating has a substantial improvement compared with blank aluminum alloy. The self corrosion current density reduces. Then, the corrosion resistance of the Al alloy improves obviously.The conversion coating can improve the adhesion force of the paint film and aluminum alloy.
