摘 要: 【目的/意义】从技术效率视角出发对虚拟学术社区知识交流效率进行分析与探讨,为推进其知识的交流、共享和创新提供参考依据。【方法/过程】在已有的文献研究中,大多是研究虚拟社区知识交流的模式,本文以2007-2016年"小木虫"学术社区4门学科版块为研究样本,基于SBM模型测度其静态知识交流效率,运用非参数Kernel密度估计知识交流综合效率研究"小木虫"知识交流的动态演进情况。【结果/结论】"小木虫"论坛四个版块中无机非金属知识交流效率最高,但四个版块整体知识交流效率较低,且主要体现在规模效率不足;知识交流效率较高的版块之间发展趋同;最后从运营管理角度提出改善虚拟学术社区知识交流的优化措施。 【Purpose/significance】From the perspective of technical efficiency,the efficiency of knowledge exchange in virtual academic community is analyzed and discussed,which provides a reference for promoting knowledge exchange,sharing and innovation.【Method/process】In the existing literature research,mostly research on the model of virtual community knowledge sharing,this paper takes the 4 subjects in "wooden worm" academic community forum from 2007-2016 as the study sample,measures the static knowledge exchange efficiency according to the SBM model,and explores the dynamic evolution of knowledge exchange in "wooden worm" by using non parametric Kernel.【Result/conclusion】Among the 4 sections in "wooden worm"forum,inorganic non-metallic knowledge exchange efficiency is the highest,while the overall knowledge exchange efficiency is low,which is mainly reflected in the lack of scale efficiency and the convergent development among the sections with high knowledge exchange efficiency.Finally,the paper put forward the optimization measures to improve virtual academic community knowledge exchange from the management perspective.
