摘　　要： 【目的/意义】掌握现代网络教育学习者在线学习行为特点和执行实际,提出学习支持服务策略和改革建议,为网络教学质量评估、督学助学、实施教学改革提供数据支撑和有益参考,从而提高网络教育学习支持服务水平。【方法/过程】将学习者静态信息和浏览网络平台课件资源的典型行为动态信息作为研究对象,采用统计、可视化、分类、聚类等方法,开展在线学习行为影响因素分析研究。【结果/结论】分析得出网络教育学习者在线学习若干问题及影响因素。现有的网络教育学习支持服务尚未达到个性化、多样化、系统化、专业化的程度。构建了便捷性、交互性、时代性、开放性的概念性学习支持服务体系框架,提出了合理性建议及对策。 【Purpose/significance】This research is arranged to improve the service for the online learning via offering learning supporting strategies and reform proposal,which results from valuable parameter and data support for the evaluation of the teaching quality,learning supervision and assistance and the transformation of education,on the bases of the grasp of the characteristics of the modern online learning behavior and the reality of the learning execution.【Method/process】It takes the static information of the learners and their typical behavior of browsing courseware resources on the network platform as the object of the study.【Result/conclusion】It analyses the influencing factors of the online learning behavior via statistics,visualization,sorting and clustering,which leads to several problems of the distance learning,which is because of the lack of the customization,variety,systemization and professionalization of the online learning supporting system.Finally it provides epochal convenient interactive opening conceptual frame for the learning supporting system.
