摘 要: 利用高速电弧喷涂机,选用含磷金属粉芯丝材制备了FePCrC涂层,对该涂层显微组织结构进行分析。结果表明,该涂层截面组织呈典型层状结构,孔隙率较低,为3.92%,致密度较高;涂层中的相主要为Fe-Cr、Cr_7C_3、FePO_4。同时,为分析该涂层化学成分微观不均匀性,引入微观不均一系数KCMH,计算得其KCMH为0.021 7,涂层结构均匀。 FePCrC coating was prepared by high velocity arc spraying machine with phosphorus-containing metal cored wire.The microstructure of the coating was analyzed.The results show that the coating has a typical lamellar structure with a lower porosity of 3.92% and a higher density,and the main phases in the coating are Fe-Cr,Cr7C3 and FePO4.In addition,the microscopic heterogeneity coefficient KCMH was introduced to analyze the microscopic inhomogeneity of the chemical composition of the coating.And the KCMH was calculated to be 0.021 7,which indicates that the coating is uniform.
