摘　　要： 资助工作是高校开展育人工作的重要平台。高校资助工作具有体认资助本源旨趣的认识功能、彰显资助调节价值的规范功能、调动资助导向意义的激励功能、发挥资助反馈作用的评价功能。这些育人功能的实现要通过端正师生对资助工作的认识、加强对受助学生的考核、培养诚信感恩的资助文化、重视受助学生能力培养等途径实现,多管齐下,多点着力。 The university funding is an important platform for universities to carry out educational work,which has the recognizing function of understanding funding essence,highlighting the conducting function of regulatory value,mobilizing the incentive function of the guiding value,and conducting the feedback function of funding evaluation. In order to realize these educational functions,it5s necessary for teachers and students to correct their understanding of funding,and strengthen the assessment of assisted students,and cultivate a culture of honesty and gratitude,and finally train the students’ abilities.
