摘　　要： 目的探讨应用中药烫疗颈部联合体外反博治疗瘀血阻窍型眩晕病的临床效果。方法将60例瘀血阻窍型眩晕病患者随机分为实验组35例和对照组25例,实验组患者在原有内服药的基础上加上中药烫疗颈部联合体外反博,对照组患者仅内服药物,比较两组的疗效情况。结果与对照组相比,实验组临床治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。对比治疗后两组患者的眩晕障碍程度评分,组间差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论应用中医护理技术中药烫疗颈部联合体外反博治疗瘀血阻窍型眩晕病临床治疗效果明显,简便有效。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Chinese herbal medicine ironing therapy combined with extracorporeal counterpulsation in the treatment of vertigo caused by blood stasis obstructing orifices. Methods 60 cases of patients with blood stasis type vertigo were randomly divided into experimental group 35 cases and control group 25 cases, patients in the experimental group were treated with ironing therapy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with cervical external counterpulsation and original medicine, the patients in the control group were treated with only oral drugs, therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the clinical curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the degree of vertigo after treatment, and the difference between the two groups was P〉0.05. Conclusion The application of Chinese medicine nursing technology, Chinese herbal medicine ironing therapy combined with extracorporead counterpulsation treatment of blood stasis obstruction vertigo, clinical treatment effect is obvious, simple and effective.
