摘　　要： 目的探究膝关节滑膜炎患者接受当归拈痛汤加减内服与熏蒸联合治疗的价值。方法选取膝关节滑膜炎患者100例作为本次研究对象,按照其治疗方案的不同进行分组,对照组接受当归拈痛汤加减内服治疗,实验组接受当归拈痛汤加减内服与熏蒸联合治疗,对比2组膝关节滑膜炎患者治疗结果的差异性。结果实验组膝关节滑膜炎患者的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论膝关节滑膜炎患者接受当归拈痛汤加减内服与熏蒸联合治疗,疗效较好。 Objective To investigate the value of Chinese angelica add and subtract combine with fuming for knee synovitis. Methods 100 patients with synovitis of knee joint were selected as the subjects in this study, according to their treatment options were divieded difference groups, the control group received dangguiniantong decoction oral treatment, the experimental group received dangguiniantong decoction orally and fumigation treatment, compared two groups of patients with treatment results of synovitis of knee joint. Results The curative effect of knee synovitis in experimental group was better than that in control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Patients with synovitis of knee joint received the treatment of Chinese angelica add and subtract combine with fuming, the curative effect is good.
