摘　　要： 目的:通过右归丸含药血清对大鼠成骨细胞GPR48、ATF4、BSP的实验研究,探究右归丸对治疗骨质疏松症的疗效机制。从而为"肾藏精"这一理论提供实验依据。方法:将SPF级大鼠随机分为正常组、右归丸组、诱导液组、骨疏康组、福善美组,对大鼠进行灌胃5 d。制备含药血清,并观察右归丸含药血清对成骨细胞的影响。结果:与正常组和阳性药物组及诱导液组相比,右归丸组的蛋白表达水平明显上升。结论:(1)正常大鼠骨组织中存在GPR48、ATF4、BSP蛋白表达;(2)右归丸组中的GPR48、ATF4、BSP与正常组相比含量均大幅提升,说明右归丸含药血清能够调控GPR48、ATF4、BSP的蛋白浓度,并可促进骨髓间充质干细胞向骨细胞分化,从而对骨质疏松症起到防治作用。 Objective： To explore the efficiency mechanisms of Yougui Pill in the treatment of osteoporosis through the experimental study on Yuogui Pill medicated serum of osteoblast GPR48, ATF4, BSP cells in rats. So as to provide experimental basis for the theory of ＂kidney storing essence＂ . Methods ： The SPF rats were randomly divided into normal group, Yougui Pill group, induced liquid group, Gushukang group and Fosamax group, then the rats were administered orally to the rats for 5 days. Prepare medicated serum, and observed the effect of Yougui Pill medicated serum on osteoblasts. Results ： Compared with the normal group, positive drug group and induced liquid group, the expression level of the protein increased significantly in Yougui Pill group. Conclusion ： （1） The protein expressions of GPR48, ATF4 and BSP can be found in normal rat bone tissue; （2）The contents of GPR48, ATF4 and BSP in Yougui Pill group were significantly higher than those in normal group, which indicated that Yuogui Pill medicated serum could regulate the protein concentration of GPR48, ATF4 and BSP and promote the proliferation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells differentiating into osteoplast, and thus play a role in prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.
