摘 要: 目的:八段锦运动干预对新发2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效研究。方法:选取2014年5月—2016年5月于本院内分泌科门诊及病房以新发2型糖尿病为诊断进行治疗的患者86例,根据随机数字表法随机分为两组:对照组43例,予盐酸二甲双胍片治疗;实验组43例,予八段锦运动干预,共治疗3个月。观察两组患者治疗前后FPG、2 h PG、Hb A1c、体重、BMI、INS、TG、TC、LDL-C和HDL-C水平的变化,探索八段锦运动干预对新发2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效,其数据结果应用统计学软件SPSS 19.0加以处理。结果:与治疗前比较,两组患者经治疗后FPG、2 h PG、Hb A1c、体重、BMI、INS、TG、TC和LDL-C水平均明显降低,HDL-C水平均明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,实验组患者经运动干预后,其FPG、2 h PG、Hb A1c、体重、BMI、INS、TG、TC、LDL-C和HDL-C水平无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:八段锦运动干预能有效降低新发2型糖尿病患者血糖、血脂水平,缓解胰岛素抵抗,其疗效与应用盐酸二甲双胍片无统计学差异,值得广泛普及、应用。 Objective : To explore the clinical effect of Baduanjin exercise intervention in new patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods : A total of 86 patients with new type 2 diabetes from May 2014 --May 2016 in the endocrinology department were selected and randomly divided into two groups: control group (n=43) and test group (n=43). 43 patients in the control group were treated with metformin. 43 patients in the test group were treated with Baduanjin exercise, a total of 3 months of treatment in two groups. The FPG, 2 h PG, HbAlc, body weight, BMI, INS, TG, TC, LDL-C and HDL-C levels were observed before and after treatment in two groups to explore the clinical efficacy of Baduanjin exercise intervention on new patients with type 2 diabetes. The data were analyzed by statistical software SPSS 19.0. Results : Compared with before treatment, the levels of FPG,2 h PG, HbAlc, body weight, BMI, INS, TG, TC and LDL-C were significantly decreased and HDL-C levels were significantly increased in the two groups after treatment (P〈0.05). Compared with the control group, there were no significant differences in FPG,2 h PG, HbAlc, body weight, BMI, INS,TG,TC, LDL-C and HDL-C between the test group and the control group (P〉 0.05 ). Conclusion : BaduanJin exercise intervention can effectively reduce the levels of blood glucose and blood lipid in patients with type 2 diabetes, and alleviate the insulin resistance.
