摘　　要： 为了揭示针灸对治疗脑卒中后痉挛性瘫痪的有效性,从针灸方法(单纯针刺、针刺结合其他方法、其他针刺方法)及疗效等方面总结近5年来针灸治疗脑卒中后痉挛性瘫痪的临床研究。指出针灸是治疗该症的重要方法,并提出未来针刺治疗该疾病的研究方向。 In order to reveal the effectiveness of acupuntrue for the treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke. From the aspects of effect and methods （ single acupuncture, acupunture combined with other means, other acupuncture methods ） of acupuncture to summarized nearly five years clinical study for the treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke. And pointed out that acupuncture is important method for treatment of this disease and present the research direction of acupuncture treatment of this disease in the future.
