摘　　要： 目的探讨中药通瘀散外敷治疗胰岛素笔注射致皮下脂肪增生的效果。方法将56例胰岛素笔注射致皮下脂肪增生患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各28例。2组均予以常规护理,观察组给予中药通瘀散外敷,对照组给予硫酸镁湿热敷。观察2组皮下硬结恢复效果。结果观察组皮下硬结恢复总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药通瘀散外敷可有效改善胰岛素笔注射所致的皮下脂肪增生,减轻患者痛苦。 Objective To investigate the effect of Tongyu powder in treatment of proliferation in subcutaneous adipose tissue caused by insulin injection. Methods Totally 56 patients with proliferation in subcutaneous adipose tissue caused by insulin injection were assigned to the observation group and the control group,with 28 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group were given external application of Tongyu powder,and those in the control group received hydropathic compress with 50% magnesium sulfate. Results The overall effective rate in relieving induration of subcutaneous adipose tissue was higher in the observation group than that of controls( P < 0. 05). Conclusion External application of Tongyu powder is potentially effective in treatment of proliferation in subcutaneous adipose tissue caused by insulin injection.
