摘　　要： 通过近年来对公司设备备件管理存在的问题进行分析、优化,基本解决了公司备件存在的库存过量、结构不合理等问题,并优化了公司备件购置、存储和使用等过程的管理机制。此外,进一步深入研究了生产车间设备备件管理机制,以期达到既能满足公司生产设备保全运行需求又可降低设备维修及其备件库存成本的目的。 In recent years the existence of equipment spare parts management problem analysis, optimization and implementation, basically solve the problem of the existence of excess inventory, spare parts, unreasonable structure, and then optimized the management mechanism of company spare parts purchase, storage and use of the process. Further research in this paper on the other, production workshop equipment spare parts management mechanism, in order to meet the company production equipment maintenance operation needs, and reduce equipment maintenance and spare parts inventory means cost.
