基于费用效率法的水电站正常蓄水位方案研究

摘  要: 如何降低水电站正常蓄水位比选方案的不确定因素,以某水电站为例进行分析研究,在不同方案比选的基础上,运用费用效率法进一步验证方案选择的正确性。费用效率法的运用将工程经济学原理与工程实际相结合,为工程设计中面临的方案比选难题提供了解决思路,具有一定的现实意义。 The normal water level is directly related to the hydraulic project investment,loss of reservoir inundation,residents-resettlement plan and other major issues,it is an important characteristic of hydropower stations. In actual engineering,the selection of the normal water level of the hydropower station is usually determined by scheme comparison which is mainly determined by professional experiences and intuition,it has an uncertain characteristic,but the uncertainty is necessary for economic analysis and evaluation in the early stage of the engineering. Cost efficiency is a common method in the assessment of life cycle cost,which can be used for economic evaluation of engineering. In order to reduce the uncertainties of the scheme of normal water level,this paper took a specific hydropower station as an example. Based on the comparison of different normal water levels,we adopted the cost efficiency method to verify the correctness of the selection. The application of cost efficiency method combines the principles of engineering economics with actual engineering,it could provide a solution to the problem of scheme comparison in engineering.
