摘　　要： 民事诉讼费用交纳标准作为民事诉讼费用制度中的核心部分,同时也是民事诉讼制度顺畅运作的重要保障。通过考察发现,民事诉讼费用交纳标准在实践中存在交纳标准混乱、交纳标准单一、交纳限度不定等问题。以上问题的存在影响了民事诉讼费用交纳标准之基本功能的实现,且与交纳标准的设定原理相悖。因此,明确民事诉讼费用交纳标准的设定原则,对其进行体系化、精细化、合理化设计,乃是完善民事诉讼费用交纳标准的基本路径。 As the core of the expense system in litigation, the charging standard is an important guarantee for the system to run well. However, problems contrary to the setting principle of payment standard have been found in practice, such as disordered charging standards, single charging standard, uncertain payment limit, etc. causing failure in realization of the basic function of charging standard of expense in litigation. Therefore, a clear and refined setting principle for the expense of litigation is a must to improve the charging standard.
