摘　　要： 超限高层建筑工程是指超出国家现行规范、规程所规定的适用高度和适用结构类型的高层建筑工程,体型特别不规则的高层建筑工程,以及有关规范、规程规定应当进行抗震专项审查的高层建筑工程。该文针对某超限框架结构,应用盈建科软件对其做小震弹性分析,并对该结构的抗震性能做出评价。 High-rise building is beyond the construction of high-rise building height and structure type for the current national norms and regulations for the construction of high-rise building,especially irregular shape,as well as the relevant norms and regulations stipulated by the seismic special examination of high-rise building projects.In this paper,the author makes an analysis of the small earthquake elastic analysis of the frame structure,and makes an evaluation on the seismic performance of the structure.
