摘 要: 受小型非道路用柴油机结构成本等的限制,降低其排放以满足严格的排放标准,这是行业中的技术难题。针对此问题,以186FA柴油机为样机,机内净化使柴油机的NOX合理,在此基础上燃用添加铁基燃油添加剂的柴油并使用DOC+POC后处理来降低排放。按非道路柴油机试验循环工况组织试验,对原机、使用DOC、燃用添加铁基燃油添加剂的柴油和使用DOC+POC的柴油机的燃油经济性和排放污染物进行了比较,分析它们的变化机理。试验结果表明:燃用添加铁基燃油添加剂的柴油和使用DOC+POC的柴油机的比油耗略有下降,小负荷工况HC、CO排放明显减少,颗粒排放大幅度降低,整机比排放HC、CO和PM较原机分别降低了89.4%、67.3%和59.4%;添加铁基燃油添加剂后整机排放满足了中国非道路G3排放标准要求,这是小型柴油机降低排放的有效方法之一。 Reducing emissions of small non-road diesel engines to meet stringent emission standard is the industry's technical problem because of the structural,cost and other restrictions.To solve the problem,186 FA diesel engine was used as the research prototype,the fuel adding Fe-based fuel additive and the use of DOC + POC after-treatment methods to reduce emissions were studied.According to non-road diesel engine test cycle to test,the fuel economy and emissions of the original machine,using the DOC,fueled with added Fe-based diesel fuel additives and the use of DOC + POC diesel engine were compared,their change mechanism were also analyzed.The results show that the engine using Fe-based additive and DOC + POC has a slight decrease in specific fuel consumption,HC and CO emissions reduce significantly in small load working conditions,particulate matter emission greatly reduces.CO,HC and PM specific emission reduce 89.4%,67.3% and 59.4%,respectively,compared with the original machine.The use of Fe-based diesel fuel additives can significantly reduce the emissions of small diesel engines to meet the nonroad diesel emissions limits(CHINA Ⅲ).It is one of the effective ways to reduce the emission of small diesel engine.
