摘 要: 基础约束应力分析是确定大体积混凝土温控措施的重要依据,在以往有限元计算时都假定基岩是均匀的,而实际基岩被各种结构面切割并不均匀。利用ANSYS软件提供的APDL和UPFS二次开发功能,建立弹性徐变本构方程,实现大体积混凝土徐变应力的有限元计算,并通过具体算例验证程序正确性,在此基础上分析基岩不均匀性对大体积混凝土基础约束应力的影响。计算结果表明:与均匀基岩计算相比,考虑基岩不均匀性时,基础约束区混凝土最大拉应力会增大,需采用更为严格的温控措施来避免混凝土裂缝出现,为大体积混凝土温控提供一定的指导。 The foundation restraint stress analysis is an important basis for determining the temperature control measures of mass concrete. In the previous finite element calculation,it is assumed that the bedrock is homogeneous,but the actual bedrock is cut by various structural planes. We adopted APDL and UPFS provided by ANSYS software to build equations of elastic creep,the mass concrete creep stress calculation which was solved by finite element method,and through specific examples verify the correctness of the program. Based on the above analysis,the influence of the heterogeneity of rock mass on the restraint stress of mass concrete was analyzed. The calculation results show that compared with the uniform calculation considering the heterogeneity of rock,concrete foundation restraint area maximum tensile stress increases,stricter temperature control measures should be taken to avoid cracking of concrete,providing some guidance for mass concrete temperature control.
