摘 要: "一带一路"沿线国家拥有丰富的农业资源,农业科技需求强烈,尤其在育种、植保、疫病防控等关键环节,对推动"一带一路"国家战略实施、落实粮食安全、消除饥饿等意义重大。在"一带一路"倡议下,农业科技国际合作不仅有助于加强农业科技国际交流,同时对沿线国家经济发展也具有重要作用。通过梳理中国农业科技国际合作的成效、特点及形势,开展"以我为主,为我所用"的农业科技合作,提出基于"项目—人才—基地"的联合实验室及基于技术研发—集成—推广示范为导向的农业科技试验示范中心等模式,促进中国农业科技国际合作,尤其与"一带一路"沿线国家农业科技的合作与交流,从而提高中国的农业综合竞争力。 It is rich in agricultural resources around the Belt and Road route countries, which have strong demand in agricultural science and technology, especially in the key links, such as the breeding, plant protection, disease prevention and control, being of great significance to promote national strategy implementation of the Belt and Road, to make sure the implementation offood safety and to eliminate hunger. Under the strategy ofthe Belt and Road, the international cooperation of agricultural science and technology could not only strengthen the international communication of agricultural science and technology, but also play an important role in the economic development of countries along the Belt and Road. Through general review of current achievement, trait and situation of international cooperation of China's agricultural science and technology, the authors focused on agricultural science and technology cooperation by the base of "Chinese- oriented, national extension", and proposed to build the cooperation modes, such as the joint laboratory based on program- talent-base and the agricultural science and technology experiment demonstration center based on R& D- integration- extension, to promote the international cooperation of China's agricultural science and technology, especially the cooperation and communication with the Belt and Road route countries, so as to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of agriculture in China.
