摘　　要： 农业文化遗产是中华文明立足传承之根基,为了进一步加强对中国农业文化遗产的发掘与利用,2016年中央一号文件明确提出关于"开展农业文化遗产普查与保护"的部署要求。通过研究中国农业文化遗产申请与保护现状,发现目前中国在保护农业文化遗产方面存在的问题,并提出建设性意见。 Agricultural cultural heritage is based on the foundation of Chinese civilization heritage. In order to further strengthen the exploration and utilization of China＇s agricultural cultural heritage for people, the 2016 Central Document No.1 clearly pointed out the deployment requirements of ＂to carry out the census and protection of agricultural cultural heritage＂. Through studying the status quo of application and protection of agricultural cultural heritage in China, the authors found out the problems existing in the protection of agricultural cultural heritage in China, and constructive suggestions were put forward.
