摘 要: 由于传统库存理念下的策略已经无法满足X公司对成本控制的要求,为了有效地提高X公司的竞争力,让企业有限的资本实现利润最大化,提出了JIT(Just In Time)模式下X公司库存管理策略研究的命题并展开研究。对X公司库存管理现状及传统库存模式下存在问题进行了较为全面的解析,对X公司目前存在的问题的原因进行了系统的提炼,并构建了X公司JIT库存管理策略,在X公司库存管理观念转变的引导下,从组织构架、采购流程、实施管理、供应商选择、公司层面管理以及柔性生产机制等方面进行了优化,重点在外部对供应商进行优选和激励以确保JIT的顺利推行。 The conventional inventory strategy can' t cater for the demands of companies in cost control field.In order to effectively improve the competitiveness and our limited capital as soon as possible turnover to realize the maximization of profits,we' ll involve in JIT( Just in Time) mode of inventory management to resolve meeting such difficult.Basing on X company current condition and facing problems under traditional inventory model,this paper has made a comprehensive analysis for reasons of the problems existing to build a suitable X company JIT inventory management strategy,Researching are developed from the organization structure,purchasing process,implementing management,supplier management,and flexible production mechanism is raised out which these inner factors,and take an inspiring supplier management to ensure JIT carried out smoothly as a external means.
