摘　　要： 从公共服务均等化的视角出发,利用全国和31个省2005-2015年的省级经验数据,通过面板模型,从全国和分区域的层面分析民生性财政支出对城乡居民消费的影响,结果发现:民生性财政支出结构对城乡居民消费差距的影响存在差异性,且存在着明显的地域性差异。因此,政府在稳步增加民生性财政支出规模的基础上,更应关注支出结构的优化和投入的地区均衡,充分发挥民生性财政在缩小城乡居民消费差距中的作用。 From the perspective of public service equalization,this paper uses empirical date of our country and 31 provinces from 2005 to 2015 years to build the panel model; and analyzes the influence of people＇s livelihood expenditure on urban and rural residents＇ consumption from the national and regional level.The results show that： the influence of the people ＇s livelihood financial expenditure structure on the consumption gap between urban and rural residents is different,and there are obvious regional differences.Therefore,the government should steadily increased the scale of fiscal expenditure on people＇s livelihood,and more attention should be paid to the structure of expenditure and the balance of investment,in order to further develop the role of the people＇s livelihood finance in narrowing the consumption gap between urban and rural residents.
