摘　　要： 辛亥革命前后,沈定一积极主张维护国家经济主权,建立正规化国家财政制度;五四运动前后,他猛烈抨击私有制的罪恶,富有远见地认识到中国没有独立发展资本主义的可能,主张通过公有制和社会主义发展国民经济,并较早注意到农民问题与社会主义的关系,对新民主主义经济思想做出独特的历史贡献。 Before and after the revolution of 1911,Mr. Shen Ding-yi actively advocated the maintenance of national economic sovereignty and the establishment of regularized state financial system. Around the May 4th Movement,Mr. Shen lashed out at the evils of private ownership and farsightedly realized that China would not have the possibility of independent development of capitalism. He stressed the development of national economy through public ownership and socialism. Meanwhile,Mr. Shen began to notice the relationship between problem of farmers and socialism,making a unique historical contribution to economic thought of new democracy.
