摘　　要： 通过网络完成捐助活动已经成为我国爱心活动新的方向标,"轻松筹"等网络众筹平台在这样的背景下应运而生。随着平台的运转,有关网络众筹的负面新闻频出,质疑声不绝于耳,网络众筹平台在运行过程中暴露出功能繁杂、规则混乱、监管缺位等诸多亟待解决的问题,不利于权利的保障,同时给公共秩序的维护和稳定造成了消极影响。对此,公权力应找准定位,给予平台以足够的生存发展空间,在平台规范自身运行状况的同时,构建宽严相济的制度规范,在社会各方力量的配合之下,以恰当的姿态介入对网络众筹平台的监管。 Completion of donations through the network has become a new direction of love activities in China, so in such a context ＂Easy to Raise＂and other network development platform came into being.
