摘 要: 为研究过瘤胃蛋氨酸(RPMet)对奶牛血液生化指标和养分消化率的影响。本试验选取年龄、体重、胎次、产奶量、乳成分及泌乳期(90±15)d相近的荷斯坦奶牛40头,随机分为4组,每组10头。对照组和试验1组、2组、3组日粮中分别添加0、15、25、35 g/(d·头)过瘤胃蛋氨酸。预试期15 d,正式期60 d。结果表明:(1)在血液生化指标方面,过瘤胃蛋氨酸能够显著提高血清中总蛋白质和生长激素的含量(P<0.05),其中试验1组、2组、3组的总蛋白质含量分别比对照组提高2.79%、7.35%、5.28%,生长激素含量分别比对照组提高11.78%、17.81%、13.69%;能够极显著降低血清中尿素氮的含量(P<0.01),试验1组、2组、3组的尿素氮含量分别比对照组降低9.18%、13.50%、11.37%。(2)在养分表观消化率方面,过瘤胃蛋氨酸能显著提高干物质和粗蛋白质的表观消化率(P<0.05),极显著提高中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维的表观消化率(P<0.01),其中试验1组、2组、3组的干物质表观消化率分别比对照组提高4.10%、7.81%、6.57%,粗蛋白质表观消化率分别比对照组提高2.71%、6.60%、5.24%,中性洗涤纤维表观消化率分别比对照组提高7.59%、15.37%、10.68%,酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率分别比对照组提高8.29%、16.61%、12.35%。在本试验条件下,综合考虑血液生化指标和养分表观消化率,奶牛日粮中过瘤胃蛋氨酸的最适添加量为25 g/(d·头)。 This experiment was conducted to determine the effect of rumen-protected methionine(RPMet) on blood biochemical parameter and nutrient digestibility of dairy cows.A total of 40 Holstein cows with similar age,body weight,parity,milk yield,milk composition and lactation stage(90±15 days in milk) were divided into 4 groups with 10 cows per group.The supplement levels of rumen-protected methionine in control and test groups 1,2 and 3 were 0,15,25,35 g/(d·head),respectively.The pretest lasted for 15 days,and the test lasted for 60 days.The results showed as follows:(1) In terms of blood biochemical parameter,compared with the control group the total protein(TP) in test groups 1,2,3 were significantly increased by 2.79%,7.35%,5.28%(P〈0.05),growth hormone(GH) in test groups 1,2,3 were significantly increased by 11.78%,17.81%,13.69%(P〈0.05);blood urea nitrogen(BUN) in test groups 1,2,3 were significantly reduced by 9.18%,13.50%,11.37%(P〈0.01).(2) In terms of apparent nutrient digestibility,compared with the control group the apparent digestibility of dry matter(DM) in test groups 1,2,3 were significantly increased by 4.10%,7.81%,6.57%(P〈0.05);the apparent digestibility of crude protein(CP) in test groups 1,2,3 were significantly increased by2.71%,6.60%,5.24%(P〈0.05);the apparent digestibility of neutral detergent fiber(NDF) in test groups 1,2,3 were significantly increased by 7.59%,15.37%,10.68%(P〈0.01);the apparent digestibility of acid detergent fiber(ADF) in test groups 1,2,3 were significantly increased by 8.29%,16.61%,12.35%(P〈0.01).Based on the data of blood biochemical parameter and nutrient apparent digestibility,it concluded that the suitable supplement level of rumen-protected methionine was 25 g/(d·head) in the diet of dairy cows under the condition in the present study.
