回转窑处理锌冶炼废水污泥热平衡分析

摘  要: 以锌冶炼废水污泥中锌、铅挥发反应特性为基础,对回转窑焙烧污泥工艺过程物料衡算与热能平衡的数据进行分析与计算。结果表明:高温挥发后,锌、铅金属主要以氧化锌烟尘形式被回收;布袋系统烟尘和表冷管道烟尘中锌占锌总量的65.9%、29.4%,铅的比例分别为55.8%和41.1%。回转窑处理锌冶炼污泥工艺过程是以吸热为主的反应体系,而工艺体系的热量损失达到8.4%。热平衡分析认为,可适当降低回转窑的运行温度,来降低水分蒸发与水淬渣排放的热损失,从而减少锌冶炼污泥焙烧体系热量损耗。 Heat balance and material calculate of zinc smelting sludge was investigated in the field of the volatilized reaction characteristics of zinc and lead of smelting sludge. The result showed that zinc oxide dust was retrieved after zinc and lead volatilized at high temperature. The quantity of zinc in dust of baghouse system and cooling system were 65. 9% and 29. 4% of total zinc,respectively. The proportion was correspondingly 55. 8%and 41. 1% of total lead. Endothermic reaction system was primary in rotary kiln treating process of zinc smelting sludge. Chemical reaction heat was 63. 0% of total heat and thermosteresis of the system was 8. 4%. Consequently,a decrease in the reaction temperature could avoid the heat loss of water evaporation and slag discharge,and then reduced the thermal loss of process system.
