摘　　要： 历史虚无主义是当下最值得关注的社会思潮之一,它体现为文化思潮与政治思潮的杂糅,把握历史虚无主义问题必须明确其政治指向,并抓住其与资本逻辑兴起之间的关联。而对历史虚无主义的超越必须仰赖于历史唯物主义,这样既能够遏制资本主义商业文明的负面效果,又能体现出中国文化、价值与道德的中国特色的社会主义精神文明的建立。 Historical Nihilism is one of the most influential social ideological trends, which re-presents an ideology combined with cultural and political trends. To get a comprehensive understand-ing of Historical Nihilism, it is necessary to clarify its political origin and point out its relation with capital logic rising. The surpass of Historical Nihilism, therefore, has to depend on Historical Materi-alism. That can curb the negative effects of capitalist commercial civilization and also embody the es-tablishment of Chinese culture, value, morality and socialist spiritual civilization with Chinese fea-tures.
