摘　　要： 政策沟通、设施联通、贸易畅通、资金融通、民心相通,简称"五通"或互联互通,既是建设丝绸之路经济带的路径和目标,也是检验丝绸之路经济带建设成效的重要指标。近四年了,丝绸之路经济带"五通"建设取得的进展超过了预期,也出现了一些问题。倡导"五通"是中国之德。天下"大通"是人类之幸。展望未来,前景看好,也存在一定的风险。"五通"之间是相互联系、相辅相成的关系。"五通"的实现在不同国家和地区注定有先后之分,难易之别。真正要实现"五通"需要持久的共同努力和砥砺奋进,贵在坚持。 The five-pronged approach or connectivity includes policy coordination, connectivity of infrastructure and facilities, unimpeded trade, financial integration and people-to-people ties, which is not only the path and goal of building the Silk Road Economic Belt, but also a crucial indica-tor to inspect the effectiveness of constructing the Silk Road Economic Belt. Over the last four years, the progress that weJ ve achieved via the five-pronged approach of Silk Road Economic Belt has excee-ded expectation, but simultaneously we are facing some problems. Advocacy of the five-pronged ap-proach embodies the virtues of China, and the connectivity is a blessing to humanity. The future is promising, but it is also exposed to risks. Each part of the five-pronged approach is interrelated and mutually reinforcing with each other. The realization of the five-pronged approach in different coun-tries and regions is doomed to be successive and of different complexity. To truly achieve the five-pronged approach needs sustained joint efforts and diligence, relying on persistence.
