摘　　要： 习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上强调,高校思想政治工作关系高校培养什么样的人、如何培养人以及为谁培养人这个根本问题。女大学生的性别特质、学习生活习惯、心理特征等因素决定了对其思政教育应采取有针对性的方式和方法,通过了解女大学生作为需求侧对思政教育的期待,提出有针对性的供给侧改革建议,才能使"互联网+"背景下的高校思政工作取得更好效果。 College ideological and political work is related to the essential issue of what kind of people we cultivate and how to cultivate people,just as general secretary Xi Jinping emphasized on the conference of national college ideological and political work. Presently,the proportion of female college students has outgrown that of the male students,so the special gender traits,learning habits,and psychological features of female students ask for special approaches to their ideological and political education. Under the background of information explosion,new generation and new media rising,only by learning college female students＇ expectations for ＂Internet ＋ college ideological and political work＂as the demand side and putting forward targeted direction for supply-side reform,can we improve ＂Internet ＋ ＂female college students ideological and political work.
