摘 要: 为了改进内窥镜中透镜的生产工艺,采用三片不胶盘夹具代替传统的刚性盘和弹性盘对透镜的大面进行精磨和抛光,缩短了工艺流程;运用直压治具解决了因零件边缘过薄、夹具夹持难度大的问题;通过对传统工艺流程的调整,避免了因机械定心磨边产生的压痕及划痕对抛光表面质量的影响;采用电木代替聚氨酯抛光皮对小面进行抛光,提高了光圈的稳定性。测试结果表明,三片不胶盘加工的成品率为94%,相对较低,如何进一步提高三片加工的成品率成为提高总体成品率的关键。 In order to improve the manufacture technology of lens with small aperture in endoscope,the technological processes were shortened by designing the nonblocking fixture for three lens instead of rigid disk and elastic disk. The problem that the thin lens were difficult to clamp was solved by using new fixture. The impact of mechanical centering and edging on the surface of lens was avoided by adjusting the traditional technological process. The stability of interferometric fringe in polishing process was advanced by adopting phenolic resin instead of polyurethane. Test results show that the ratio of qualified products can only reach to 94% by using the nonblocking fixture,it is the key point to increase the the qualified rate of fine grinding and polishing process using the nonblocking fixture for three lens.
