摘　　要： 制度话语权是一国或地区的社会制度在国际社会的影响力、吸引力、感召力的体现。全球化时代,资本主义制度话语权依旧强大,中国特色社会主义制度话语权还处于弱势地位,与中国的经济实力和国际地位并不相称。西方的制度话语霸权是中国提升制度话语权的最大障碍。中国要想成为世界性强国,只有坚持制度独立,把握中国特色社会主义的制度优势,努力摆脱西方制度模式和价值观的束缚,通过全社会的共同努力,创新话语体系,坚决抵制资本主义自由化思潮,坚定不移地走自己的路,才能不断提升中国的制度话语权,实现中华民族伟大复兴,为人类文明做出更大的贡献。 Institutional discourse power is to embody influence, attraction and charisma of one country or region, s social system in the international community. In the era of globalization, the dis-course power of capitalist system is still strong, and that of socialist system with Chinese characteris-tics is still in a weak position, which does not mach Chinas economic strength and international sta-tus. At present, the western institutional discourse hegemony is the biggest obstacle for China to raise institutional discourse power. If China wants to be a world powerful country, it has to adhere to the in-dependent system, grasp the superiority of socialist system with Chinese characteristics, try to get rid of the shackles of the western system model and values, innovate the discourse system through the joint efforts of the whole society, resolutely resist the capitalist liberalization trend and unswervingly follow the Chinese road in order to continuously raise institutional discourse power of China, achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and make greater contribution to the human civilization.
