摘 要: 根据近年的文献资料,通过对慢性病、心肺功能和健康风险等3个方面相关文献整理,总结了久坐行为对人体身心健康的影响。结果表明:久坐行为是引起慢性病、心理障碍和死亡风险的重要潜在因素,对久坐人群的身体健康造成严重的不良影响。综述旨在提高人们对久坐行为的深度认识,鼓励相关研究的开展,以降低久坐的危害风险。 According to the literature data in recent years, this review summarizes the effects of sedentary behavior on the physical and mental health of human through chronic diseases, cardiovascular fitness and the risk of health. The results indicate that sedentary behavior is high potential risk factor for chronic diseases,mental disorders and the risk of death, which also has a negative impact on the physical health of sedentary people. The aim of this review is to raise awareness about sedentary behavior and to encourage the development of relevant research for risk reducing.
