摘　　要： 目的了解妇产科护士心理健康状况,为提高其心理健康水平提供参考。方法采用明尼苏达多相人格测验(MMPI)对泸州市某县妇幼保健院妇产科符合条件的25例妇产科护士进行调查。结果妇产科护士MMPI效度量表中说谎量表(L)、校正量表(K)原始评分均低于我国常模,而诈病量表(F)原始评分高于我国常模,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01);抑郁(D)、疑病(Hs)、精神病态(Pd)、精神衰弱(Pt)、精神分裂症(Sc)、社会内向(Si)六个临床分量表原始评分均高于全国常模,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01);T分≥60分的临床分量表前三位分别为:Pt(19例,76.0%)、Sc(14例,56.0%)、男子气和女子气(Mf)(12例,48.0%);T分≥70分的临床分量表分别为:D(6例,24.0%)、Si(6例,24.0%)、Pd(5例,20.0%)、Mf(3例,12.0%)、Pt(3例,12.0%)。大专及以上的妇产科护士比中专学历者L、K原始分更高,Mf、Si原始评分更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01);30岁及以上妇产科护士比30岁以下者Hs、Ma原始评分更高,L、K、D、Pd和妄想狂(Pa)原始分评分更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。结论妇产科护士存在较多的心理问题,且不同受教育程度、不同年龄段的妇产科护士心理特点有较大差异。 Objective To observe the mental health status of nurses in obstetric and gynecologic department with MMPI, which aimed to provide references to improve their mental health. Methods A total of 25 nurses in obstetric and gynecologic of the local maternity and child care hospital were interviewed with Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory （MMPI）. Results Among the validity scale of MMPI, the original score of nurses on subscale lying（L） and correction （ K） were lower while the score on malingering （ F） was higher than the Chinese norm （ P 〈 0. 05 or 0. 01） . Besides,compared with Chinese norm,the clinical scores on depression （ D）,hypochondriasis （Hs） , psychopathy （ Pd） , psychasthenia （Pt）,schizophrenia （ Sc） and social introversion （Si） were higher （P 〈0. 05 or 0. 01） . The top 3 subscale which T scores more than 60 points were Pt （ 19 cases, 76. 0% ） , Sc （ 14 cases, 56.0%） and Mf （12 cases, 48. 0% ）. However, when obvious pathological score was defined as T score ≥70, D,Si , P d,Mf, Pt were all in the list with 6 （24. 0% ） , 6 （24. 0% ） , 5 （20. 0% ） , 3 （ 12. 0% ） , 3 （ 12. 0% ） , respectively. Consider the education degree, nurses who had higher education scored higher in subscale L and K which lower in Mf and Si （ P 〈 0. 05 or 0. 01 ）. The participants who were over 30 years old had higher scores on subscale Hs, Ma,but lower scores on L, K, D,Pd and Pa （P 〈 0. 05 or 0. 01） . Conclusion The nurses from obstetric and gynecologic department have more psychological problems. The differences of psychological characteristics in obstetric and gynecologic nurses are differentiated by education degree and age.
