摘　　要： 对1015名"90后"在校女大学生进行人格测量,通过对比女大学生干部与普通女生在16种人格特质上的差异后发现:女大学生干部在乐群性、恃强性(影响性)、兴奋性(活泼性)、有恒性、敢为性等特质上显著高于普通女生;在忧虑性、独立性等特质上显著低于普通女生。女大学生干部在外向、心理健康、专业成就三种二阶特质上显著高于普通女生,在焦虑性上显著低于普通女生。 With the method of personality measurement on 1015 female college students of the post-90 s,this study find differences between student leadership and general students in 16 types of personal features. First,female college student cadres are more social,dominating,active,persevere and brave than other students.Second,they are less depressed and dependent than others. Third,compared with other students,female student carders are more extrovert,psychologically healthier and achieving higher in career,and besides,they are less worried than others.
