摘　　要： 黑龙江省是资源大省,在经济温和式增长的新常态下,要想突破现有的生产瓶颈,必须实行绿色创新战略,积极探寻新的发展路径,以帮助资源型企业攻克难关,获取长期竞争优势。通过分析黑龙江省资源型企业发展现状,提出黑龙江省资源型企业绿色创新战略,并对其发展路径进行探究,以加速资源型企业战略升级与转型,这对于资源型企业走可持续发展道路,促进黑龙江省整体经济发展具有重要意义。 Heilongjiang province is a resource province.Under the new normality of moderate economic growth,it is necessary to implement the green innovation strategy to break through the existing production bottlenecks and actively explore new development paths to help resource enterprises overcome difficulties and obtain long-term competitive advantage.Based on the analysis of the status duo of the development of resource-based enterprises in Heilongjiang province,this paper puts forward the green innovation strategy of resource-based enterprises in Heilongjiang province,and explores its development path to accelerate the strategic upgrading and transformation of resource-based enterprises,which is a sustainable development,to promote the overall economic development of Heilongjiang province is of great significance.
