摘　　要： 江西外语外贸职业学院把创新创业教育与跨境电商人才培养结合起来,对创新创业教育与专业教育进行系统设计,推进跨境电商人才培养模式改革,探索出了适合高职院校的跨境电商创业型人才培养新模式。 Jiangxi College of Foreign Studies explores how to integrate innovation and entrepreneurship educa-tion with cross - border e - commerce talents training, carries out a systematic design on the innovation and en-trepreneurship education and professional education, promotes the reform of cross - border e - commerce talents training model, so as to offer higher vocational colleges with thoughts and countermeasures for cross - border e - commerce talents training.
