摘　　要： 为了验证两种常用驱虫药对猪蛔虫病的疗效,采用临床诊断和实验室诊断相结合的方法,对在兽医临床中遇到的规模养猪户发生的猪蛔虫病进行了诊断,应用阿苯达唑、伊维菌素进行对猪自然感染寄生虫驱虫效果观察。结果:阿苯达唑10mg/kg剂量一次口服给药后7d的虫卵转阴率、减少率分别为86.67%和91.47%;伊维菌素注射剂0.2mg/kg剂量组消化道线虫虫卵转阴率、减少率分别为93.33%和95.66%;阳性对照组两次粪检,其EPG第二次比第一次略有增加。结果表明阿苯达唑10mg/kg剂量、伊维菌素0.2mg/kg剂量驱除猪蛔虫高效安全。 To verify the effect of two commonly used repellent drugs on the treatment of swine Ascariasis, the pig Ascariasis occurred in the veterinary clinical scale was diagnosed by the clinical diagnosis and laboratory diagnosis. The repellent effect observation was conducted by the application of albendazole and ivermectin in the pig with natural infec-tion parasite. The results showed that the negative conversion rate and the decreasing rate of the eggs were 86. 86 % and 91.47 % respectively by oral administration of albendazole of 10mg / kg after 7d. The negative conversion rate and the decreasing rate of the eggs of digestive tract were 93. 33 % and 95.66 % , respectively by the dosage of ivermectin injection of 0. 2 mg / kg. EPG in the second time of excrement detection in the positive control group was slightly in-creased compared with the first time of excrement detection. The results showed that albendazole of 10mg / kg dose and ivermectin of 0. 2 mg / kg dose against ascaris worm was safe and efficient.
