摘 要: 通过问卷调查,从教师基本情况、授课、教研实践和继续教育四个维度系统分析了广东省高职外语教师的职业现状。调查结果表明,基本素质发展不平衡、继续教育效能不足、现行制度引导和保障不力构成了高职外语教师职业发展的三重困境。 Through questionnaire survey, the career status of higher vocational foreign language teachers in Guangdong province has been systematically analyzed from four dimensions: teacher’ s basic situation, teaching, teaching and research practice and continuing education. The findings show that the unbalanced development of ba-sic quality, the lack of effectiveness in continuing education and the lack of guidance and guarantee of the current system constitute the three difficult position of higher vocational foreign language teachers’ career development.
