青贮黄花棘豆颗粒饲料对试验羊血清总蛋白的影响

摘  要: 利用青贮技术将黄花棘豆青贮干燥后按10%比例添加到混合饲料中,制成青贮黄花棘豆颗粒饲料,测定其中常规营养成分,并进行饲喂试验,测定血清总蛋白。结果表明青贮黄花棘豆颗粒饲料中粗蛋白、粗纤维、钙含量高于正常颗粒饲料,粗脂肪、粗灰分、氯化钠含量低于正常颗粒饲料,两种饲料中总磷含量相同,两种颗粒饲料营养成分符合颗粒饲料标准要求;试验羊连续饲喂青贮黄花棘豆颗粒饲料90d后没有出现黄花棘豆中毒症状,且体重明显增加(P<0.05或P<0.01);试验羊血清总蛋白含量呈现增加趋势,在试验90d时明显比试验前增高(P<0.01),但和对照组相比没有明显变化。说明颗粒饲料中添加青贮黄花棘豆后对试验羊体重和血清总蛋白有一定的影响。 The silage 0. ochrocephala of 10% after drying was added to the mixture feed for making silage 0. ochro-cephala pellet feed. Nutrition composition of silage 0. ochrocephala pellet feed was measured,and feed to sheep. The serum total protein of sheep was measured. The results showed that crude protein,crude fiber,calcium content of si-lage 0. ochrocephala pellet feed is higher than that of the normal grain feed. The crude fat, crude ash,sodium chloride content is lower than that of the normal pellet feed. The total phosphorus content in both feeds is the same. The nutrient content of both pellet feed meets the requirements of pellet feed standard. Poisoning symptoms of 0. ochrocephala were not found after feeding 90 days. The body weight of sheep significantly increased (P 〈 0 . 0 5 orP 〈0.01). The ser-um total protein content tend to increasing,and the serum total protein content after feeding 90 days was significantly higher than before the test( P 〈 0. 01 ),but it was no significant change compared to the control group. It showed that the addition of silage o. chrocephala in granule feed had an impact on weight and serum total protein of experimental sheep.
